The cure for boredom. . .

"The cure for boredom is curiosity.  There is no cure for curiosity."
                         - Dorothy Parker

Nearing the end of the 29 Faces challenge - It always feels good to accomplish a goal.  Each time I've done the challenge I've felt like I would be more than ready to be done at the end of the month but instead I find that my desire to draw is
more keen than even before.  The more you do the more you want to do, right?  So many techniques to try and to many artists whose style I'd like to test drive.
Thanks again to Ayala Art for sponsoring such a fun challenge!!

She is gorgeous! Beautifully rendered. I especially like the way you left her blouse.

Very nice work. I too like the way you let the paint fall on her blouse. Looks awesome. Thanks. Happy PPF!

Your lady is beautiful. How fun to get to the end of a challenge, and still want to keep going.
I love the quote, by the way.

I like your delicate and pretty girl with the thoughtful look in her eyes, and her skin tones are beautifully rendered. I agree with what you say, the more frequently we draw, the more we want to, and the more confidently we draw and paint. It's so good to 'meet up' with all the wonderful artists that take part in Martha's challenge.
I love your Matisse-inspired lady, your course is so effective. Yesterday I visited the Matisse exhibition in the Atkinson Gallery again - the colours of his cut-outs made the whole room zing with happiness.
